Refund policy

At Petite Nest, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, such as sale items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at adriana.palencia16@gmail.com.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
