How We Work Petite Nest sources and fulfills orders through CJ Dropshipping, a global fulfillment partner. This allows us to offer a wide range of products shipped directly to your door worldwide.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–12 business days (where available)
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers via CJ Dropshipping. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at adriana.palencia16@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
